The Dickinson Review, published by the Belles Lettres Society (est. 1786)
The Dickinson Review, an annual literary journal edited by students at Dickinson College, seeks quality poetry and short fiction. We look for work that, regardless of style, is well-written, unique, and thoroughly engaging. Submissions will be read from September to February only. All manuscripts received outside this reading period will be returned unread. Please do not submit stories over 8,000 words or more than 4 poems. Average response time is three weeks to three months. Submissions that do not include a self-addressed stamped envelope will not be returned. All rights to the published work revert back to the author. All authors appearing in the magazine receive two copies of the review.
