I am the academic department coordinator for the Department of English at Dickinson College.  I have been employed with Dickinson for 28 years (since July 1981).   I manage the department's administrative support system for 16 full-time faculty members and numerous adjunct faculty. I also am webmaster for the English department's web sites.

As department coordinator I manage our department business planning system, CRM (customer relations management), and communications. My education and training include expertise in business operations and technology software, in-depth experience with web design and developing databases, and insight into trends, issues, and challenges of higher education.
