Polar Bear Plunge
march 3, 2007
Phoenix held its fourth-annual Polar Bear Plunge at Fuller Lake in Pine Grove Furnace State Park on Saturday, March 3. The frigid water was made colder by a heavy rain on a cold and windy day, but that didn't deter the participants. Dickinson's Polar Bear Plunge has raised more than $7,000 in the three previous years for Area M Special Olympics.
