The Debate to Legalize Marijuana
September 4, 2008

On Sept. 4, Cumberland County District Attorney David Freed and Allen St. Pierre, executive director of the National Organization for the reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML), debated about marijuana laws to a standing-room-only audience in Dickinson's Stern Center. Political science professor Daniel Kenney moderated the event.
