*Students: Verification from registrar or letter from your professor on school letterhead stating that you are a full-time student. In order to register at the discounted student rate, you must fax or email the documentation requested by 3/20/2011.
Please note important registration guidelines:
•The deadline for payment for Early Bird registration is 03/25/11.
• ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
•Purchase Orders (POs) are not accepted.
•Confirmation via email will be sent to everyone within 7-10 days of the time you pre-register. Please bring the confirmation letter when you pick up your registration materials at the Conference.
• Registration is available at the Conference. On-site fees apply. Registration counters open at 7:30 am on Saturday and Sunday and are located on the Grand Ballroom (3rd) level of the hotel.
•Included with registration are over 200 first-come, first-served 75-minute sessions scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, entry into the exhibit hall, and several special events. See our conference web pages for details.
•Workshops (optional 3 & 6 hr. classes numbered 1-32) incur additional fees unless you choose the Monday or Friday Only option.
•Exhibit hall hours are Saturday, 4/2/2011 - 12:00pm to 6:00pm and Sunday, 4/3/2011 - 8:00am - 4:00pm. Entry to the exhibit hall requires Regular or Student Registration.
•Registration materials, including badges and the Conference Program, will be distributed on-site at the conference.
•ADA requests must be received by 03/9/11.
•Please note: The NECTFL special room rate is available for a limited time and closes prior to the conference. We cannot guarantee you a room at the special rate even if you are registered for the conference nor will we reimburse your registration if you are unable to reserve a room. Please book your room at the Marriott early!
•When registering you grant NECTFL permission to use any photograph or video taken of you during the Conference in its publications or website.
