That person's name and supporting documents should be submitted to NECTFL's TOY Committee Chair, Arlene White at: 1705 South Mill Drive, Salisbury, MD 21804, by January 7, 2012. In January, the NECTFL TOY Committee will review all state dossiers and choose a regional winner who will be announced at the 2012 Northeast Conference.
