Set-up:

Early move in for foyer booths

All others: 4/21/12 - 7am - 11am

All Exhibits Open:
4/21/12 - 12 pm - 6 pm
4/22/12 - 8 am - 2 pm

Teardown: 4/22/12 - 2 pm - 8 pm

Standard Booth: $1450 - 8'x10' space, fully carpeted but unfurnished

Tabletop: $800 - 6' draped table and side chair, fully carpeted

(Tables TT1-TT6 are reserved for the 2012 NECTFL JOB FAIR - if you are recruiting or hiring, please call for details!)

All companies participating as exhibitors will receive:

* complimentary conference badges (4 per standard booth, 2 per tabletop)

* one FREE presentation slot on conference program (submissions after 9/1/11 subject to availability)

* listing in Conference Program and links from our website

* preferred booth placement for companies that provide a Sponsorship
