ALLARM's Technical Support program works in cooperation with volunteer watershed organizations to identify watershed problems and provide monitoring assistance. Through an integrated series of workshops, the ALLARM helps watershed groups meet their monitoring goals by providing assistance during all stages of program development and implementation. We also use our Community Aquatic Research Laboratory (CARL) to provide quality assurance/quality control assistance. ALLARM is one of eight organizations that are part of an umbrella program called the Consortium for Scientific Assistance to Watersheds ( C-SAW ), which provides free technical assistance to watershed groups in the state.
